As “Dhaman”, we are concerned with ensuring that the product you ordered reaches you in the specifications and quality specified in our store, and we are obliged to return the product and bear the shipping costs in the following cases:
– If the product has a defect and is completely different from the product ordered from our store.
– If the product is completely or partially damaged or destroyed.
